Executive Coach & Facilitator conducting development projects for managers and executive teams

I studied Social and Cultural Animation at the University of Silesia (Pedagogy).

I completed the HR Management Directors Study, the Strategic Leadership Academy at ICAN Institute, and several coaching courses and training sessions both domestically and abroad.

My professional experience includes managing recruitment, training, and development planning in large organizations. Initially, from 1995, I was involved in the FMCG industry for several years, where I had the opportunity to develop HR programs and practices implemented in other Eastern European countries. Until the end of 2003, I managed recruitment and employee development at Polkomtel for over four years. From January 2004 to the end of 2009, I was a Partner at Aretes Consultants, where I carried out dozens of executive search projects and developed and managed the coaching practice.

I am an accredited coach at the Chamber of Coaching and an MCC at the International Coach Federation. I have completed over 5000 hours of coaching, mainly for top-level management.

Since 2004, I have been actively involved in the coaching community, and from April 2009 to April 2011, I was the President of the Polish Chapter of the International Coach Federation.

Since June 2016, I have been a member of the Chamber of Coaching’s presidium.

I collaborate as an Associate Coach with Asterys and Acuity Coaching.

I am accredited to work with diagnostic tools – 15FQ, Talent Q, and Hogan Assessment, as well as with teams and organizations using Cultural Transformation Tools.

Since 2009, I have been teaching postgraduate coaching courses at Kozminski University and since 2012 at the University of Warsaw.

Coaching Specialization

I conduct individual development programs mainly for experienced managers and team coaching. Collaborating with senior management, I focus on developing leadership skills, collaboration, personal effectiveness, and efficiency in interpersonal communication.

I have experience in implementing over two hundred and fifty coaching projects, several dozen team coaching sessions, several dozen Development Centre sessions, and hundreds of hours of feedback after these sessions and 360-degree assessments, mostly for individuals in senior managerial positions.

As a coach, I am most often engaged when:

  • a manager wants to strengthen their leadership with elements of consistency and greater decisiveness
  • a manager with a decisive management style wishes to enhance their skills by positively affirming behaviors and work results among colleagues
  • a manager has reached a stalemate in their professional effectiveness and is experiencing a motivation crisis in their current role
  • there is a need to improve relations with the team or members of the company’s management
  • the team is going through a crisis and requires skillful intervention to clear the atmosphere and create a “new beginning”
  • the team wants to change the way they operate
  • the executive team is preparing to implement significant changes (e.g., cultural) in the organization and needs to build a cohesive approach and optimal implementation strategy

As a consultant, I can offer:

  • good knowledge of management issues, interpersonal relations, communication, change implementation, and conflict resolution
  • proficiency in conducting developmental, feedback, coaching, and mentoring conversations even for the most “demanding” senior managers
  • professional intervention when it is necessary to fundamentally change a manager’s attitude, provide difficult feedback, or motivate them to look at their actions differently
  • consultancy in situations of professional effectiveness stalemates and motivation crises in fulfilling their current role
  • consultancy and facilitation when better cooperation in the management board and its environment is needed
  • focus on achieving specific business results from development and consultancy activities
